Italy Finance Minister on Economy, Banks, Greece, Euro

Italian Finance Minister Pier Carlo Padoan talks about the nation's economy, and Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena SpA and Banca Carige SpA, the two lenders in the country that failed the European Central Bank's health check last year.
